We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@shopdaisypets.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that show signs of use or damage by the customer
